Ted is Co-Managing Partner in Quinn Emanuel’s London office and Co-Chair of the firm’s Energy Disputes practice. Since 1989, he has conducted commercial litigation as lead partner in all of the higher English courts on disputes ranging from general contract and tort claims, to company law, M&A, public law, fraud, intellectual property, tax, and antitrust matters. Simon’s practice focuses on high value and multi-jurisdictional commercial disputes. Simon has substantial experience of cases brought under the LCIA arbitration rules, as well as before the English Court. These cases have involved a range of matters, but very often involve allegations of dishonesty/fraud. He is experienced in the full range of injunctive relief often applied for in support of or resisted as part of such claims.
